Challenge
As the consumer manufactures HDPE pipes, the factory operates continuously. Any power failure during installation or operation could result in significant production losses and increased wastage, posing a critical challenge.
Solution
To ensure uninterrupted operations, the project team planned to take only one carefully scheduled shutdown during the grid connectivity process. This minimized disruptions, maintained operational efficiency, and prevented production losses.
