With a strategic vision and hands-on approach, he ensures seamless project execution, optimizing timelines, resources, and performance. His deep understanding of project management, stakeholder coordination, and risk mitigation drives efficiency and ensures the successful delivery of high-value solar installations. Under his leadership, Aara continues to set benchmarks in the renewable energy sector, transforming ambitious visions into sustainable realities. Mr. Rahul Bhosale Managing Director

Dr. Sudhir Kumar a Ph.D. on “Solar Cells” from IIT Bombay, is an experienced renewable energy expert brining along more than three decades of experience of working with central and state government, funding agencies, government agencies, etc. in countries like India, USA, UAE, Spain and Thailand. He has worked with World Institute of Sustainable Energy (WISE), Maharashtra Energy Development Agency (MEDA), Biomass Research Centre at Shivaji University, etc. His experience ranges from providing technical, financial, operational, policy advisory for about 345MW solar projects. He has delivered thousands of lectures as RE Expert in international and national conferences, trainings and shows. published several papers in national and international journals.

Bringing financial expertise to Aara, she has over a decade of experience in banking, finance, and venture capital fund management. As the driving force behind the company’s financial strategy, she ensures commercial viability, optimizes project profitability, and safeguards investor returns. Overseeing the P&L, she plays a pivotal role in balancing financial sustainability with Aara’s mission of advancing solar energy solutions.
